What we collect
When you request the demo deck, we collect your e-mail address and, optionally, your phone number — solely to follow up about Cortex. Platform accounts are invite-only; candidate and account data entered in the platform is stored in the European Union (Supabase, eu-west region).
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling of data. The website stores only functional preferences (such as your language choice) in your own browser.
Legal basis & retention
We process demo-request data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. Lead data is kept for a maximum of 12 months unless a business relationship follows. Platform data is retained for as long as the account exists.
Processors
We use Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Supabase (EU-hosted database). Both act as processors under GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing, at any time via info@cortex-mr.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
